Julia Tobias

Julia Tobias (1902-2001) grand dame of fashion design in Denver, opened her studio in Cherry Creek in 1955. She is known for her exquisite detailing and couture construction. She was a teacher and inspiration to many, and author of Thunder & Mud, a recollection of growing up on the prairie. There are currently 4 Julia originals in the Historic Collection.
