Graduate Check Sheet

Each graduate student wil meet with his or her advisor to plan a program of study. The following checksheet can be used by the studnets and his/her advisor to facilitate course planning and sequence. By the end of the studnet's second semester, he/she must formalize the program of study by submitting the GS6 form the the Graduate School.
